Mental health is very vital for people’s body health. We are know that through many research, some times our body health will be affect by mental health. So if we are keep Mental Health, body health will be excellent.

If mental health is affect by some feelings, some long incidents related with as a Brain and Harmon will be arises. They are affected our body activities. People’s some feelings as like as Sad, Loss and Foolish are created dangerous mental health. At the same time another feelings as like as Angry is created another dangerous mental health.

So the above types of feelings are created some disease example Stomach problem, Asthma, Headache, Blood Pressure and Heart disease.

We are take challenging life. May be some times our life met defeat. But we are not sad about the defeat. People who are feel the defeat life, they will affect by many disease.

We are enjoy life with our family and friends and praying God. These type of people will not affect any disease always.

A research about Cancer said that, often people who are affected many feelings, they are affected by Cancer.

Love, Laugh, Confidence, Art, Sports, Reading books and Entertainment these are basic of health. If we are follow the above matter, then increase our body health.

Good Habits for Good Health

Today we are not follow good habit. So many disease attacked us. Some valuable good habits as follows.
More Drink water:
We wake up from the bed in the morning, drink 4 glass water then we who are circumvent many disease. If we are drink more water in the morning, our body will be fresh that day and free motion, fell down the body heat.
Exercise:
Exercise is the best treatment for our health. In the morning, we who are take some easiest exercise then we will be fresh that day and keep away from disease.
Breakfast:
We will eat full high energy and protein foods in the breakfast. Some of the people eat tiny one in the morning but more eat in the lunch. This method is wrong. Because if we are more food eat in the morning, we will do more and hard work in the office and factory. So eat the food in the breakfast is full, lunch is low quantity, dinner is very low quantity.
Bad Habits:
People who are assumes smoking, drink and drug are contemporary habit in the world. But it is not a good habit. If we are uses the above killer items in our life, we will killed by them. So avoid the bad habits for good health.
Smile:
Aristatil told smile is good exercise for good health. God gives to us ‘smile habit’.
Smile is very important for our body health. So keep smile, get good health.
Holidays:
Holiday is very important in our life. We do work hard always. So we wants some rest. We will go tour to some different nature place. Our family will be very happy in that days. So our mind and body take just relax that days. Our efficient will be increased after holidays.

How will you get a good night sleep?

Good night sleep is the most important one for people. If we get good healthy, we want deep night sleep. Some research done about sleep in the world, many details get it. The research told that we want seven or eight hours good night sleep everyday.

Heart disease, Headache, Asthma, Stomach disease and Drink addict are affect our good night sleep. So save us from the above disease then we will get deep sleep.

The best way of get good night sleep as follows.
§ Books reading or letter writing.
§ Avoid more exercise before go to bed.
§ Avoid more food before go to bed.
§ Avoid day sleep above half an hour.
§ Smooth bed, low light.
§ Suitable hot and cool situation in the bed room.
§ Smooth exercise do in the evening everyday, example walking.
§ Don’t drink Tea and Coffee but drink milk only.

So we will follow up the above tips and get a good night sleep then long live without diseases.

Unnecessary weight is produced some infection in our body. Weight loss is one of the ambition to improve our health. Not necessary to lose the excess weight to perk up our body health. So we are try to reduce the excess weight step by step.
Running is the best way of weight loss. Running is the good exercise. Generally we have running in the morning everyday. When the running exercise continuing in daily, our body muscles are improve and weight loss.
Drinking Water is used to us for lose of weight. If we eat a food and fruits and vegetables
, that included a lot of water.
Grapes, broccoli, cauliflower, Spinach those foods are contain more vitamins. So if we are eat frequently, our body will be healthy.
Consult with our doctor to check up pressure, sugar, Cholesterol for our reduce the weight. If we are control the pressure and sugar, we will avoid heart disease. So before reduce the weight, we will consult the doctor.

Improve our Brain capability
Brain is important part of human body. How will improve our brain? We are training to it how progress ability, powerfully and fast.
Meditation is one of the best way of improve our brain fitness. Daily Meditation is creating fresh feeling, different things, the best way, creative mind and engorge.
Brain develop Games are one of the way to challenge our brain. Brain Develop Games as crossword, sudoku, chess, solve arithmetic maths and more games. We are playing it in our rest time everyday, it can improve our brain’s fast work and memory capacity.

Some important incidents are doing in our life everyday. May we are read some vital books in today, but we are not recall it. In that night we are remember that incidents and reading book’s matter. Now our brain is improved.

Dry our head after shower Rain.

Wash our hands neatly through lot of water because many germs were there.

Eat healthy food because its protected from cold and flu.

Stay away from cough and sick persons.
